Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. We again strongly urge you to open and
inspect your package contents immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged
merchandise, have recieved extra merchandise or are missing items from your
order, please contact us or call us at 1 (858) 759-6818 to let us know of your
issues.
If the product was damaged in shipping, you must retain all shipping materials
for inspection by the shipper's agents and contact us via e-mail within 5
business days of delivery so that we may begin the process of replacement
and/or insurance filing with the carrier as the carriers only allow for a
set amount of time upon delivery to file damage claims. As shippers have various
policies regarding the amount of time investigations and processing a refund
can take, we can not guarantee a time frame in which the matter will be resolved
and a check sent to you for the loss. Regardless of the results of the shipper's
investigation and findings or while the investigation into the shipping matter
is being conducted, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or other type of
fee reversal against the Red Wolf Ranch with your bank, credit card company
or PayPal.
If the product is not the correct item you ordered or the reason for return
is not related to the shipping please contact us within 5 business days of
delivery for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the event
of errors as the above described occurring, you agree to allow us the opportunity
to correct the issue before seeking resolution against the Red Wolf Ranch
with your bank, credit card company or PayPal.
In the event of incorrect ordering on the customer's part such as ordering
the wrong color or size for example, the Red Wolf Ranch will not accept returns
or exchanges. All sales are final unless the error is on the part of the Red
Wolf Ranch and any returns in this case must be returned unopened and unregistered.
In the event of errors as descrbed above, the Red Wolf Ranch will issue an
RMA number to you within 5 business days of your request so that you may return
the product and we can then proceed to make sure you get the correct item
you want. (please note: Restocking fees may apply in the event of a customer
error. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable
regardless of the error or reason for return. Additional charges may apply
due to price differences between the item ordered and the item originally
desired).
