Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title or damage for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All items are insured when shipped regardless of carrier and in the event of loss of your purchase or damage by the carrier, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or other type of fee reversal against the Red Wolf Ranch with your bank, credit card company or PayPal as the shipping carrier will reimburse your loss. We strongly urge you to open and inspect your package contents immediately upon delivery. If your purchase is damaged in transit, please review the Returns section below for more information.

Order Cancellations
Due to the price volatility of the market all sales are considered final at time of purchase and any order cancellations will be rejected unless the item qualifies for return as described below. If in the rare event, due to extenuating circumstances, we agree to an order cancellation you will be subject to a 20% Restocking / Order Cancellation Fee if the order has entered processing. If the order has entered production, you will be subject to cover the cost of materials used up to the point of cancellation. If the product has shipped, the order can not be cancelled until the item is returned to us at the buyer's expense. In this event, shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer's refund is subject to a 40% Restocking / Order Cancellation Fee.
